Enterprise Sales Representative


We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Representative to join our highly growing and team-oriented organization! Giatec offers smart concrete testing technologies to the construction industry worldwide. We are adding to our sales team, and looking for born prospectors for our sales development role. You will be partnered with a Sales Manager in order to learn the necessary strategies and develop your fullest sales potential. You will be working with new and existing business enterprises, and addressing the C-Suite of the ENR 400 and The Concrete Producer (TCP) Top 100 producers. You are required to conduct front-end presentations in order to discover new prospects, business needs, and build relationships within the organization.

Travel is required for this position. You will be attending industry events and visiting client sites on behalf of Giatec. This position is based at our headquarters in Ottawa, Ontario. We are looking for someone to join our professional team immediately.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Building relationships with construction management C-Suites and key decision makers, and visiting and serving clients and prospects to progress business relationships.
  • Build and execute strategy to develop customers through pre-sales support, building interest within prospects, and through product demonstration.
  • Collaborate with the Giatec organization to develop best practices, connect prospects and clients to product specialists and the marketing team to further company success.
  • Communicate easily via email, phone, web meetings, and onsite meetings to clients and team members
  • Successful partnership with sales team on lead follow-ups and up-to-date tasking
  • Complete mastery of Giatec products, business model, services, and emerging technologies

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in pre-sales support at a SaaS company
  • Proven success in giving demonstrations, RFPs, and onboarding sales executives
  • Experiences using consultative, solution based sales strategy desired
  • Understanding of the ready mix concrete industry and construction companies

Salary: Base + Commission
